Description
This broad and dense shrub will reach about 12' tall and wide. It has small, glossy, dark green leaves with star-shaped, lavender flowers that bloom in spring, summer, and fall. It does best in full sun with regular watering. It tolerates desert as well as coastal conditions. This versatile shrub can be pruned into a small tree or used as a hedge. It can be espaliered, used in large containers, as a bonsai or shaped into a topiary. It tolerates wind but does best withe well draining soil.
