Description
Coreopsis grandiflora 'Sunfire' is a perennial which grows 1.5' high and wide. It produces single, yellow, daisy-like flowers with maroon centers that bloom in summer and possibly fall in deadheaded regularly. Foliage is evergreen in frost-free winter areas, dark green and leathery. It tolerates full to part sun with regular watering and more during hot spells. This plant attracts birds and butterflies. It looks great in borders and containers. It likes hot and dry locations.
